Planning Ahead Plan terms

Last updated 23 September 2026. These terms are a launch draft and must complete legal and VAT review before the payment feature is enabled.

What the plan covers

Your payment page records the fixed services and total price for your plan. The plan covers the collection, individual cremation and return of ashes shown there. Optional services not listed are not included.

Paying for your plan

You can pay the full amount once or pay the same total in exactly six monthly payments. When you choose monthly payments, Stripe securely saves your card details when you set up the plan and takes the first payment on the last working day of the month shown on your payment page. There is no interest or additional charge for paying monthly. The monthly plan ends automatically after payment six and does not renew.

If the service is needed during a monthly plan

If the service is needed before all six payments have been made, the remaining plan balance becomes due. Please call us so we can arrange the service and the outstanding payment with you.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before the service is provided and receive a full refund of payments made. To cancel, phone 07533 047089 or email hello@petcremation.org.uk. Cancellation is handled by our team so we can verify the plan and refund safely.

Failed payments

A failed monthly payment does not immediately cancel your plan. Stripe may retry the payment, and we will contact you so you can update your payment details or discuss the plan with us.
