Care throughout Westminster
Local collection, individual care
We arrange individual pet cremation across Westminster, from Paddington and Maida Vale to Soho, Marylebone, Pimlico and Victoria. If your pet has died at home or is with a veterinary practice, we can explain collection and the return of ashes. You do not need to find a premises in your own neighbourhood: the service begins with your pet's current location and the arrangements your family needs.
Individual cremation gives you a clear choice when you want your pet's ashes returned. We explain the arrangements before collection, record your pet's details and help you understand what will happen next. You can ask questions at any stage; you do not need to make every decision about remembrance at the same time as organising collection.
A quote is a starting point for your own pet and address. Tell us whether your pet has already died or whether you are planning ahead, and whether they are at home or with a vet. If your pet is still alive and needs medical help, contact your veterinary practice; this page is for cremation arrangements.
Arranging collection from home or a vet
A Westminster address can have several ways in, and the postal entrance may differ from the place a vehicle can stop. Tell us about the correct approach, any building staff and stairs or lift access. We can discuss those details before confirming the visit. If you are staying somewhere temporarily, confirm that a collection can be received there and explain the situation to our team. Our coverage is for arranging care across the borough; it does not imply a crematorium or walk-in branch in each neighbourhood, and visits should not be made to a registered office.
You can choose your own cremation provider. If a veterinary practice is caring for your pet, tell it your choice and confirm its release requirements before collection. Check whether another aftercare arrangement has already been authorised. Let the practice know who will collect your pet, and share its contact details with our team so the handover can be agreed.
