After looking at prices for our deceased friend we didn't know what to do as we could not afford the rediculous prices the vets and like were charging, then we came across pet cremation uk, their prices were half that of others so I filled out the form and they rang me back witin minutes, arranged for our friend to be collected that same day and in less than a week we had our friends ashes back to us. I cannot recommend highly enough. Great service, great price and very compassionate. Thank you so much.

Having never lost a dog before and finding the whole experience traumatic, not knowing what to do with our girl and then coming across this company made everything easier. From the start they kept intocuh by text message and explained all that would happen. They were empathetic and understanding during this difficult time. The only downside I would say was, especially having children at home, we were told Heidi would be collected at 12pm. Then the time changed to 2pm and then again to between 3pm at 4pm. We just needed to get our children out of the house as they were deeply upset by seeing Heidi laid waiting to be collected. After a quick message however, Heidi was collected within half an hour. We were kept updated by what would happen and asked if we could have prints of her paws which they said they would. We quickly received our Heidi back home within 2 days. Having been told we would receive a tracking number, when the parcel arrived I was shocked and it upset me that I hadn't been prepared to see her ashes yet. But she came with 2 beautiful clear prints of her paws and a lovely note, which made the few errors and original delays a little easier to deal with. On the whole I would recommend this company as we found them caring, compassionate and this alongside how quickly we got our girl back makes the company worthwhile. Also love the tree planted for each pet cremated. Would love to know whether we would be able to visit the tree. Thank you again. Unfortunately had to use this service after the loss of my beloved whippet Jet. I had requested a quote and received it straight away and let them know I would probably need their service but wasn’t sure on timing but It was early hours the next day I needed them and straight away I received a message from them. I spoke on the phone first and they sent me a link to make payment however I was a little hesitant to make payment straight away as there are just so many scammer s around but he was understanding as said don’t worry you can wait until they come to collect and make payment then so you know it’s legit. So a couple of hours later a lovely retired man that does this in his spare time came to collect Jet, he chatted to us and explained the process. I then received updates via texts on what was happening the whole time they had Jet, he was then sent back home a week later by Royal Mail (was meant to be before 1pm however Royal Mail were late which was annoying as we were all eagerly waiting for him) he was wrapped in yellow tissue paper which goes with their website and then a name card which was also yellow along with his name written on with a love heart. It was heart warming and gut wrenching at the same time. Thank you so much for taking care of my lovely boy, and getting him back to us.
