Care throughout Southwark
Local collection, individual care
We arrange individual pet cremation across Southwark, including Peckham, Bermondsey, Dulwich, Camberwell and Rotherhithe. You can discuss collection from home or the veterinary practice caring for your pet and choose where the ashes should be returned. The aim is to make the practical arrangements understandable while giving you space to decide what feels right for your family.
Individual cremation gives you a clear choice when you want your pet's ashes returned. We explain the arrangements before collection, record your pet's details and help you understand what will happen next. You can ask questions at any stage; you do not need to make every decision about remembrance at the same time as organising collection.
A quote is a starting point for your own pet and address. Tell us whether your pet has already died or whether you are planning ahead, and whether they are at home or with a vet. If your pet is still alive and needs medical help, contact your veterinary practice; this page is for cremation arrangements.
Arranging collection from home or a vet
A Southwark collection may be arranged by an owner, a relative or someone helping from outside London. Tell us who is authorising the service and who will be available at the address. At home, mention stairs, lift access and your pet's approximate size. At a veterinary practice, the collection needs to fit its release arrangements. You can discuss a preferred handover time and any wish for privacy, but availability should be confirmed before plans are made around it. Keep access codes private and provide them through the booking conversation rather than a public review.
You can choose your own cremation provider. If a veterinary practice is caring for your pet, tell it your choice and confirm its release requirements before collection. Check whether another aftercare arrangement has already been authorised. Let the practice know who will collect your pet, and share its contact details with our team so the handover can be agreed.
